Termination

You may choose to cease using the Site at any time. In that case, both you and we will remain subject to any obligations that have accrued under these Terms of Use. The Governing Law, Disclaimer Limitation of Liability, and Intellectual Property provisions will survive any such termination or cessation.

Governing law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Courts of the State of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Site, the Services, and these Terms of Use. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Delaware.

Severability

If an arbitrator or legal authority determines that any part of these Terms of Use is illegal or unenforceable, then such part will be eliminated, and the remaining Terms of Use will remain in force and effect and continue to apply to your use of the Site and our Services.

Relationship of the parties
